This is my profile web site to share my portfolio.
I am a software engineer with several years of experience in Java, ReactJS, CSS, jQuery, and NodeJS/Java developing under Windows and Linux environments. I specially have strong UX development skill that I can give clients joy of use, simplicity, intuitive with their language in the application. I am also a good team player who love to share, joke, and laugh with team.
Design, develop, and deliver the ReactJS/Java implementation full-stack features to support the clients achieve its strategic goal of providing online and on demand access to their geospatial intelligent knowledge by using ReactJS, OpenLayers, Java Spring/Rest service.
I was in charge of developing and improving web application that searches and publishes of intelligent information using web services. This web application had been developed by several programmers with lack of human interface and web development knowledge so that application did not provide consistent manner of use. I reviewed all the interfaces and am redesigning each functional page to give consistent look and feel, intuitive manner, and easy of use.
As a software consultant for 8 years, I had been involved several projects, mainly web applications using J2EE, ExtJS, jscript. At the same time, I had implemented several prototype applications for company's business development.
I started my software development career from this company implementing X window based application using C and C++. I witnessed the birth of Java and developed several Java applications (GUI based or backend). I also trained Jr. engineers with entry level Java and mentor them for their programming improvement.
As a mechanical engineer, I expected that I could design machine, robot, car, or airplane. However, I spent most of time reviewing blue prints of mechanical design to find design false, and I hated. (That does not mean that I wasted my time to get an engineering degree though...)
By taking master program, I wanted to learn more about network protocol and programming, but ended up specializing artificial intelligent.
Although I do not know why, I wanted to be a mechanical engineer since I was a boy. I think there were several Japanese mangas about robots that must had affected what I want to be. That's why I naturally applied for mechanical engineering major at college.
